Why is my DTV visa application asking for the same financial document multiple times?

Hello everyone,

I uploaded my financial documents for my DTV visa application. A few days later, they requested an updated version of the file, so I submitted the updated document again. However, after that, they asked me to update the same file once more, which I don’t really understand.

Has anyone experienced something similar, or does anyone have any advice?

Note: My bank account has shown more than 500,000 THB for over 3 months.

UPDATE: I sent the updated files and the additional mobile app screenshots. However, within 2 minutes, I received another document request again.

They are asking for the same document for the third time. Could this possibly be a system issue?

Idk maybe they want more than 3 months statements , like I sent from 01 January to 30 April 2026 and I sent my application the first week of may in English ,( u can translate ur pdf in Canva , sentence by sentence without changing the style and the text

Is the file size 3 MB or less? Regardless I would write a brief cover letter attached your PDF and briefly mention this strange upload rerequest, upload rerequest, scenario and ask them to check into it.

Just to share my experience. I forgot to remove the password from my PDF when I uploaded it. The embassy just requested it again, so I removed the password and resent it. Please check your email, they normally stated the problems in the mail.

Update: The same document has been requested for the third time. After I upload the updated file, the system automatically requests the same document again within 5 minutes.

I believe this may be a system-related issue. I think I may need to go to the consulate and explain the situation in person.

It is not unusual to be asked 2-3 times for the same doc.
