What are the processing times for the Thailand Visa when applying through the Canberra or Kuala Lumpur embassies?
Has anyone applied through the Canberra or Kuala Lumpur embassy? I submitted my application last Thursday, and it’s been almost a week, but I still haven’t received any response from them. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar delay. Thanks!

If you had done a proper research, you should have know that you wouldn’t have got anything yet.
You can not do anything but wait.
From Canberra Embassy:
“· E-Visa processing time is at least 10 business days. However, it may take up to 4-6 weeks for some cases.”
Kuala Lumpur says:
“The Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) will take about 4 weeks to process,”
If they request additional documentation, the clock may start over from 0.
If you apply at the wrong Embassy you will be rejected and you loose the 10.000 baht visafee.
You can not do anything but wait.

If you're a Malaysian citizen you can only apply for a dtv in Australia if you have permanent citizen rights, otherwise you have to travel to Malaysia and apply there
