Hi! My first 90-day report is due soon, but my landlord won’t handle the TM30, which is required. I’d like to hire an agent to assist with the 90-day report. Can you recommend a reliable one? You can always just ask the landlord for the log on details and do the TM30 yourself if you're in a longer term rental, if it works for the owner. I come and go to Singapore a lot so to reduce the burden on my landlord I just do them myself now.
