TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your 3-month Non-O marriage visa for an additional 60 days, you should visit the immigration office before your visa expires on March 13. It is advisable to go a few weeks in advance to ensure you have enough time for processing. You will need the same documentation as required for a one-year extension, but specific requirements may vary by office, so it's best to check with your local immigration office first.

You can apply for a 60-day visit family extension. At most offices, they give you this 60 days starting as of the application date, while some offices add (top up) 60 days to your current stamp.

You need to check with your local office for their policy about when this 60-day starts and their exact requirements for this to decide when you want to apply for it.

Here is the general information about a 60-day family visit extension.
