Hello everybody ,
Just a question , please help me :
I am in 3 months single entry Non-O marriage Visa , if I want to go for extention (not one year) 60 days , how long before my Visa end , should I go to immigration and what document are needed ?
Should I make ready all paper same one year extention or it is different.
MY visa will end on 13 March.
TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your 3-month Non-O marriage visa for an additional 60 days, you should visit the immigration office before your visa expires on March 13. It is advisable to go a few weeks in advance to ensure you have enough time for processing. You will need the same documentation as required for a one-year extension, but specific requirements may vary by office, so it's best to check with your local immigration office first.
