Hello. Does anyone how long it takes to issue a 3 month non-o visa (based on retirement) in Hua Hin? I will be converting from a Tourist Visa extension which expires about 1 week after my 50th birthday. If I apply for the non-O on my 50th birthday can I get it before my extension expires? Thank you for any insight.
TLDR : Answer Summary
Applying for a Non-O visa based on retirement in Hua Hin requires careful timing. You need at least 15 days remaining on your current visa stamp to apply. If your tourist visa extension expires just a week after your 50th birthday, your application will likely be rejected since you must be 50 at the time of application, not when you receive the visa.
