Hello, I would like some advice regarding the following: I, holder of a passport (Netherlands) that can enter with visa on arrival, want to enter Thailand from Turkey. 30/45 or a 60 + 30 days visit. My legal wife however holds a another passport (Colombia) for which a visa is required, and that causes some problems. I would actually have to travel to Ankara first to get a visa at the Thai Embassy for her...or is there a possibility that she, being married to a European, can enter under the same conditions as me? Dropped the same question at the Thai Embassy, but didn't get any reply so far...Thanks!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster, a Dutch passport holder, seeks advice regarding entering Thailand with a visa on arrival while navigating visa requirements for their Colombian spouse who needs a visa. Responses clarify that the entry conditions depend solely on her nationality, and she must obtain a proper visa at a Thai Embassy before traveling. One suggestion is to consider applying for Non-O visas in their current location to simplify the process.
