Answer summary
Yes, applicants do receive confirmation of their Thai Pass application, but some users have experienced issues with receiving confirmations if they are using non-Gmail accounts. Switching to a Gmail account reportedly improves the likelihood of receiving immediate confirmation. Additionally, it is advised to convert received PDFs into JPG format for successful uploads.

A little tip for you. When you receive anything from them that is in a PDF format then convert it into a JPG format otherwise you won't be able to upload it successfully.
