I intend to visit Thailand by the end of this summer and I have a problem where I need your advice    and/or your help of how can I get the visa for Tunisian citizens in Kuala Lumpur . How much time does it take between application and acceptance and is there a possibility that it can be rejected cause I will be booking all my accommodation of my holiday in Thailand in advance. I need your insight please

Tunisia doesn’t seem to be on the list of countries that would need to be a resident of Malaysia to apply for a visa there. Check the embassy website for KL to see the requirements. [url redacted]

You need to book air tickets and accomodations for your first hotel before applying for a visa, as it's information required on the application. Contact the Thai embassy in your country of residency as Thailand has different rules for some countries citizens.

Apply for your visa first. As long as you meet the criteria you will not be refused a visa.  Enough money, a return/onward ticket there should be no problem. Saying that it appears to depend on which Embassy/Consulate you are applying to. There are a 20+ odd Countries that have to apply at the Thai Embassy/Consulate of the Country issuing their passport, Tunisia is not one of those Countries.
