I just get the same message “uncover the page” ( which is obviously plastic coated)

you do not need to use THIIM , just use the TDAC online at the Thai Govt website .

OPSteven Scott. I travel a lot so it’s much easier. I have 3 trips already planned in THIM and just need to update the health information 72 hours before. For a one of trip I agree TDAC is ok.

Yes, but cannot verify by NFC. The app tried to put my nationality as Scottish but they fixed that.

I did but it had my nationality wrong and thats from scanning passport so fk knows how that works 🤷🏻♂️ so I deleted it ..

New UK passport and THIM cannot detect the chip despite numerous attempts
I’ve tried with other chip detector programmes and it’s worked fine, just not with THIM.
THIM also insists on listing my nationality as SCOTTISH as I was born in Edinburgh.

I turn the main light off and use a separate light source at an acute angle to stop reflections.

My passport from another country can't be read by THIM either. I have just asked an immigration officer. He told me to continue using TDAC.
