A tourist visa is eligible for one 30 day extension.

Romania is not one of the countries who cannot get an extension. Those countries are Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iran, Nepal, Togo, Nigeria, Uganda They cannot get the 30 day extension.
