TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is confused about where to apply for a 30-day extension for their tourist visa in Bangkok, asking between IT Square Laksi and Chaeng Watthana. Commenters clarify that if they entered on a tourist visa, they should go to Chaeng Watthana, but if they entered visa-exempt, they should go to IT Square Laksi. One commenter humorously notes that IT Square is located on Chaeng Watthana road. Another provides information about obtaining additional days through a visa run.
thats good. in my day it was 30.....hey , could I stop my retirement visa and just do a run every 60 days then? it would be more fun..and cheaper for me!!
Did you actually come here on a TOURIST VISA, like your post says? A tourist visa is something you would have had to apply for and pay for through the Thai e-visa system before you traveled to Thailand. If you actually have a tourist visa, then you go to Chaeng Watthana.
If you arrived without any visa at all, and you entered visa exempt (free 60-day entry stamp) then you would go to IT Square Laksi.
