Good afternoon all,

Can someone please tell me, does the extra 15 days only apply to the 30 day visa exemption rule or does it also apply to the 60 day TR visa.

If they continue to be sold when you need one you might qualify for a 60-day covid extension for 1,900 baht. Generally, they want you to use your regular 30-day extension first before applying for the covid one, but you could ask your immigration office.
