My wife and I entered with TR60 Visa on 05 March 2021, we assumed we get an additional 15 days for the time spent in ASQ. But our stamp currently shows 03 May 2021 as expiry date. (meaning 60 days validity)
Do we have to redeem the additional 15 days with an immigration office? Or is this added automatically?
Additionally we are looking into extending our stay even further. We are eligible for another 30 days extension based on the TR60. Meaning we are good until June. Is everyone eligible for the COVID-19 based extension (that has just been renewed until end of may)? -> Can we extend for 60 more days after our 30 day extension?
(we are located in Koh Samui, if thats of any relevance)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user questions the validity of their TR60 visa and whether they can automatically receive an additional 15 days due to the time spent in ASQ. Responses clarify that the 15 days are only applicable to visa-exempt entries and not to the TR60 visa, which is correctly stamped at 60 days. Further, they inquire about extending their stay for an additional 30 days and the possibility of a subsequent 60-day COVID-19 extension, which is contingent on ongoing regulations.
>Do we have to redeem the additional 15 days with an immigration office? Or is this added automatically?
For the 60 day tourist visa, 15 days are *NOT* added. You were stamped in correctly.
>Can we extend for 60 more days after our 30 day extension?
The last day they are selling the 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 is May 29th. IF it gets extended again, you *MAY* be able to apply for it then. However, this is an OPTIONAL extension, and there are reports of people being verbally denied when they apply for the extension.
