Hi, my 60days TR visa will expire at the end of January and I'd like to extend Covid extension straight away.(as of now the program expires on 25Jan?) But from what I have heard, immigration will only extend you normal 30days extension￼ first and we can not get Coivd extension after 60days tr visa expire. Is it true? Thank you all.

Why should Thai Immigration give you a COVID extension?

Are you unable to fly out of Thailand?

You just arrived...

Obviously your airline is still flying.

Depends on the immigration office. *Some* immigration offices MAY grant the 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 before the 30 day extension of stay based on tourism.
