How do I explain an employment contract not issued by MOHRE when applying for a DTV from UAE?
Hello, has anybody ever applied for DTV from UAE? The embassy is requesting the employment contract issued by MOHRE, but my contract might not fall within MOHRE. How would you explain this?

If you are working for a freezone entity or non-Dubai Emirate you can still request your HR to request for one from the relevant authority. You might have to pay for it, but it's possible. As long as the details they have under the authority including your salary and title matches everything in your employment letter.
