The user is inquiring about appropriate visa options for their planned long-term stay in Thailand, considering they will have a 12-month lease. Responses suggest that a Non-O multi-entry retirement visa may be suited for their needs, with mentions of possible extensions and benefits of using an agent for paperwork. The discussion highlights various visa types including the Non-O visa, the Non-OA visa, and specific conditions like needing insurance and police checks for the Non-OA visa.
