TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the legitimacy of applying for a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) while working as an educational consultant for a foreign company from your home country. Several comments confirm that remote work is acceptable as long as it is not connected to Thai nationals or businesses, and having proper documentation from your employer is crucial. Contributors suggest including a clarification in your application if there could be misunderstanding about your employment relationship with Thailand.

Yes Sir. In reality, I have no involvement with Thailand, but my contract doesn’t mention that specifically. So I need to request the company to rewrite the contract. Is that correct? And is it necessary?

Daniel501 can't hurt to include a brief cover letter stating that fact with your documents

Of course and digital work is ok as long as it's off shore. Just supply correct paperwork same as successful applicant before. Don't go over the top just give them what they want don't start sending them all this crap it doesn't help. It just helps your insecurity

Yes, Sir. I feel insecure about my job title because they might think I work for a Thai educational institution, but in reality, I don’t. I only work for a Western country.

Daniel501 So if you have a letter from that company stating your work is not in Thailand non problem

Daniel501 Make it absolutely clear in your application and you will be fine. Some people include a cover letter with explanation
