For those who’ve applied for a remote work DTV, did the embassy verify your documents directly with your employer, or was a signed letter sufficient?
Thanks,

TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among community members is that a signed letter from the employer is generally sufficient for the remote work DTV visa application process in Thailand. There have been instances where applicants did not have their employers contacted for verification, and some only submitted their contracts or a signed business registration document.
I don't know whether my employer was contacted or not, but, why would you care if they're contacted? Isn't that the reason why they write their phone number and email address on the first place? To get contacted if needed?
