Hi, I plan to apply for the DTV visa based on being a remote worker. Does anyone have an example of the letter from their employer to say they are approved to work remotely.

TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the necessary components of a letter from their employer to apply for a DTV visa as a remote worker. Comments suggested that the letter should include basic employment information, confirm remote work capability from anywhere, and might benefit from using tools like ChatGPT to generate the initial format. Specific details recommended included the employee's full name, passport number, date of birth, and a clear statement about remote work permissions.

Just needs to say that x company employs x person on a remote worker basis and this work can be done anywhere Worldwide including Thailand. Or words to that affect. Include full name and passport number & dob as a header(well I did)

Use chatGPT for the format. You can edit the letter as you see fit.
