Answer summary
To check if your landlord has registered you for TM30, only the person who submitted the registration can search for it in the TM30 system, and it is only available for 7 days. They can generate an official PDF copy by accessing the system again after submission and clicking the export button. It's advisable to ask your landlord for a copy of the registration, as this is common practice. If your landlord uses the TM30 system, they might also be able to print a basic report, though it may not be an official form.

I have my username and password to the TM 30 system and I report for my renters who stay at my condo, but it’s pretty self-explanatory to input the person‘s information but if I was to try to provide a customer a copy when I search it. It just provides an Excel sheet with rows and columns of information just like the basic information. It’s not like any official form.

They submit it. They go back to the beginning of the system and search for what they just submitted, then they click the "export" button on the entry which will generate the official pdf.
