TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around whether serviced apartments in Rayong submit a TM30 form when a guest checks in. Responses suggest that while they are legally required to do so, many may not fulfill this obligation. It's advisable to ask the management directly and secure a copy of the TM30 lodgement for immigration purposes.

If you need one you should never rely on them doing one for you and just ask.
Hey Paul... legally they should... however this is Thailand. Best ask direct so you can know whether you should visit Rayong immigration within 24 hours to file TM 30 yourself. If they do make sure you get them to print out the lodgement and keep a copy to show immigration when you do your 90 day report. There is a video on this site that explains in Thai and English why Thais are legally required to do the TM30 reporting and that they will be fined if they dont. Cheers mate.
