Does anybody know if serviced apartments in Thailand (Rayong in particular) submit a TM30 when you book in?? Thankyou

Hey Paul... legally they should... however this is Thailand. Best ask direct so you can know whether you should visit Rayong immigration within 24 hours to file TM 30 yourself. If they do make sure you get them to print out the lodgement and keep a copy to show immigration when you do your 90 day report. There is a video on this site that explains in Thai and English why Thais are legally required to do the TM30 reporting and that they will be fined if they dont. Cheers mate.

Do you know if Rayong Immigration does eletronic lodgement of forms?? If they do online TM30 hopefully they might also do electronic 90 day reporting.

You would have to ask the management staff whether they do or not.

Certainly they have the ability to join the online TM.30 reporting program and do it. Whether they do or not I couldn't say.
