TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain proof of your TM30 submission if it is older than 7 days, you will need to resubmit a new TM30 online. After your new submission is processed, return to the TM30 website and use the search function to locate your submission. Look for an 'export' button to download and print the required PDF proof. Submitting a new TM30 will replace all previous submissions, so there's no issue with filing a new one for documentation purposes.
If your last TM30 submission was over 7 days ago you need to submit a new one. Then once you submit it go back to the beginning and "search" for your submission. There will be an "export" button and after you click that it will give you the pdf that you need as proof of TM30.
Don't worry about filing a new one. Any new TM30 replaces all previous ones. The past doesn't exist with the TM30 system and there are no issues with filing a new one every time you need proof.
