Do I still need an appointment to extend my visa in Thailand?

Hey, y'all, do we still have to make an appointment to get our visa extension? Mine now expires October 26 and I cannot find the link to make an appointment to save my life - it took a ridiculous amount of searching to find it last time. Do I need to keep looking or can I just go in?
