I just received a new passport. However, my old passport still has 4 blank pages in it and my non b is valid until June 2025. (My embassy didn’t cancel it either).
Do I need to transfer my visa now or can it be done at my next visa extension?
All answers are highly appreciated.

TLDR : Answer Summary
After receiving a new passport, it's advisable to transfer your visa as soon as possible. This can be done at the local immigration office when you apply for any services. If you wait too long, you'll need to carry both passports when traveling and may face limitations with online 90-day reports.
