TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether an onward flight ticket is required when arriving in Thailand on a 90-day Non-B E-visa, planning to extend it to a 12-month Non-B visa. A comment clarifies that non-immigrant visas do not mandate proof of onward travel.
