I am about to extend my 45 days another 30 days at Thai Immigration in Bangkok,  but i am also going to HUA HIN for some relaxing,  should i just go to Immigration in HUA HIN instead of Bangkok?

Your landlord or hotel is the one who is supposed to register your TM30. You will get the receipt from them

, get the TM30 receipt from the hotel you are staying when you want to go to the immigration office to apply <- latest one.
