TLDR : Answer Summary
When holding a non-immigrant dependent visa in Thailand, you must report your TM30 at the address where you are currently residing. This means if you move to a new location, your landlord or hotel must file a new TM30 within 24 hours of your arrival. It's not necessary to report at the same location in Prachinburi, but you must ensure that your TM30 is up-to-date with each change of residence.

If you stay in Thailand you only need to report a new TM30 if you change permanent address

"I am holding a non immigrant visa ( dependent visa )valid for 2 years" . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .a word of warning, you better check the stamps in your passport carefully, as there is no "2-years Non-Imm-O visa". A "dependent" visa is always issued for as long as the stay permit that was issued to the "supporter", and extensions of stay permits are never issued for any longer than for one year

Jay Ann Rose . . . . if the stamp really says two years, the officer made a mistake. And you should visit immigration to get the stamp corrected. If you don't do so, you run the risk of going into overstay

my husband working permit is visa is for 2 yrs, so my non O visa is the same as my husband date of expiration.

did you apply initial 90 day visa outside and got extension here Thailand or was there agency involvement?

i apply 90 days outside Thailand and extend same visa extexion from my husband.no agency by the HR of my husband employer

a work permit is not a "visa". A work permit can be cancelled anytime, and thus it has no expiry date. He most obvioulsy holds a "1-year extension of stay permit based on employment" out of a 90-days Non-Imm-B visa, which can never get issued for any longer than 3 plus 12 months. . . . . . . . . Let's take this issue to the admin of this group, he is the 100% expert on these matters

@Nongnuch *******
Mate, your statement "A work permit can be cancelled anytime, and thus it has no expiry date" is incorrect as extension of the regular work permit is required at Department of Employment (just like the non b visa).

she (Jay Ann Rose) can definitely NEVER hold an Extension of Stay Permit based on being the trailing spouse of somebody who holds an EOS based on emplyoment, valid for two years. There is NOTHING SUCH. The maximum validity of such a stay permit is ONE year plus the days that that remain in between application and issue of the stay permit
Nongnuch ********
@Etincelle *********
this is technically speaking wrong. A work permit remains valid as long as the Extension of Stay Permit based on Employment is applied for with documentation from the employer, and is extended every other year. A work permit is NEVER issued with an expiry date. Only the EOS has an expiry date! A work permit expires when you visit the Labour Division and cancel it, together with paperwork from your employer

@Nongnuch *******
Mate, let me put it like this: they must really, really, no I mean REALLY like me at the department of employment

(or you simply don't know what you're writing about).
Nongnuch ********
@Etincelle *********
she can definitely NOT hold a two year stay permit based on "trailing spouse" (and def not something she calls "visa") These permits are only issued on a year-to-year basis. . . . I am looking forward to the minute when
@Jay **********
, in this group, will confirm that my information is correct. . . . and hopefully she has not ended in overstay, yet

and you simply don't know the differences between a visa, an extended stay permit and a work permit

You need a tm30 registered at the place where you are going to need to go to the local immigration office for something. Dont forget that when you stay in a hotel your tm30 is registered there so you have to re do it when you get back to your normal place of residence. That is what my office expects anyway.

and a lot don't expect that.
Nick ************
@James ******
it's getting more common. My office didnt expect it until last year.

Having a visa doesn't mean you're in prison. It's a legal requirement for any property owner to file a TM30 for you within 24 hours of your arrival to stay at an address. You are not the one who reports TM30 the hotel or landlord does that.
