If your 90 day report falls on Nov. 30th and you have a flight out on Dec 1st does one still have to make the report? Isn't there like a seven day grace period or something like that?
Answer summary
In Thailand, if you have been in the country for 90 consecutive days, you are required to file a 90-day report, regardless of any travel plans after that date. There is no grace period for the requirement itself, but you can report up to 14 days before the due date and up to 7 days late. It is advisable to file the report early to avoid any complications.

If you spend 90 consecutive days in Thailand you are obliged to report, the grace period only applies to making the report not the requirement to report
