Is it true that if we live in Thailand on a non-immigrant B visa, with a work permit, and have been living in the same condo for years, every time we return from a visit overseas with a re-entry permit we must then go to the immigration office and "report" that we are still living at the same address?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, if you are living in Thailand on a non-immigrant B visa with a work permit, you must report your address to the immigration office every time you return from overseas, even if you are staying at the same condo. This reporting can be done by the landowner or hotel manager, but it is essential to ensure it is done to comply with Thai immigration rules.
