Hi everyone,

I've NON B Visa, re-entry Permit, Italian passport.

I went Laos few days, today afternoon I will re-entry Thailand by Friendly Bridge, than fly to Bangkok.

The address I've registered is in Phuket, but I plan to stay 10 days in Hua Hin before to go back to Phuket where I live.

My question is:

Do I have to do any 90 day report or any report about my address?

Thanks.

Have a good day.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user with a NON B Visa and Italian passport inquired whether they need to file a 90-day report or any address report after re-entering Thailand. The replies confirmed that the 90-day reporting period starts upon re-entry, with a report due in approximately 90 days. Additionally, it was emphasized that the TM30 form must be submitted by the accommodation owner upon returning to Phuket and also when staying in Hua Hin.

Yes, the owner of your accommodation has to do a TM-30 upon your return in Phuket. It is required anywhere you stay, so also in Hua Hin. Is that in a hotel? Then they'll do a TM-30 upon checking in, it's routine for them. If you stay with friends, the official answer is that then also the owner of the accommodation needs to do it.

Your next 90 days report is due 90 days after your last entry.

Your next 90 days report counting will start today when you enter Thailand. So, you will do 90 days report in 2.5 months.

Be sure you submit your TM30 when you are back at your address.
