Managed to fill my passport up within 3 years working and studying in Thailand, got a fresh new passport now and on my way to the Thai consulate in Hull to obtain 60 day tourist visa, it asks for previous visits to Thailand, do I need to fill this out if I have a fresh passport do you think? Have brought my old passport just in case they need to see it, just hoping for things to go smoothly as possible and grateful for advice ☺️

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, having acquired a new passport due to filled pages from three years of work and study in Thailand, seeks advice on whether they need to disclose previous visits to Thailand when applying for a 60-day tourist visa at the Thai consulate. Comments indicate that even with a new passport, it is advisable to mention past visits as the consulate might have access to this information. Clarifications on the visa application questions suggest that the 'purpose of visit' can outline prior trips as tourist and student.
Successful trip to Hull Consulate, in and out with visa within 20 minutes! 😊 The part 'purpose of this visit(s)' is for the upcoming trip, not the last 3 😁 the guy explained the (s) is incase you are applying for multiple entry
I agree with Jules Cooper, no harm in writing it as they've got it all on file anyway. I also don't think they pay particular attention to this box for this very reason. One time I didn't have my old passport with me, so I just wrote the month and year- didn't cause any issues. That was at the London embassy.
It is nice to answer the questions asked on an application form for a visa. But when it was top secret that you have been in Thailand i would not tell.
60 day tourist visa single entry is the correct visa I need for now, will leave Thailand later in October to obtain correct visa to stay longer term once paperwork is ready from my school, just confused by the questions is all as have a new passport too but can maybe ask for clarity at the office and show both passports 😊
