TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on applying for a new multiple entry visa to Thailand after losing their previous passport containing visa stamps. Commenters confirm that past visits won't hinder the new visa application, and while old stamps are irrelevant, it's advisable to contact Thai immigration or consider getting a courtesy letter from the user's home country to facilitate the transfer of visa status to the new passport.

I do it -- you should be good to go. Currently there is a COVID19 issue but after that - you should be good to go.
Your country might write a courtesy letter to Thai Immigration to 'transfer' your active visa status to the 'new' or temporary passport for a fee. I had this done for me when I got a new passport in Chiang Mai. You cannot just 'upgrade' because you got a new passport.
those name are not marked n have no email how to contact with them thanks

Basically my friend , your allowed 2 flights in and 6 border crossing in , , things might have changed conserablly since lock down , contact these guys on same forum , tod Daniel , and Robert millar , there smart , and ex pats , helped me out couple of years ago , I’m trying to get back my self. Good luck , will be fine I’m sure .
Why do you want the old visa stamp? There is no reason to have it in your new passport - It has no relevance, besides thai authorities have already marked your profile on their system database. Old stamps are of no relevance to you under any circumstances & bear little relevance to your future visa applications whatsoever the type may be.
Yes you can come to thailand again without any issue. Immigration will have your travel history in their computers when you arrive, but 2 prior visits won't affect you getting another visa on arrival.

The UK Thai Embassy is currently shut to foreigners. But to get the 6 METV you used to need (I did this Sept 2019): return plane ticket, £5000 in a bank for at least six months prior to application, written evidence of your income, ie letter from your employer or similar (I'm freelance and an investor so I wrote my own with documented evidence which they accepted), accommodation booking in Thailand for your arrival and £150 fee. You must apply within 3 months of travel. However, this was all pre-COVID. Post-COVID, who knows what visas are going to be permitted or what the requirements will be but my guess is you will need (at the very least) health/travel insurance and a health certificate within 4 days of travel confirming you are COVID-free.
