Proof of funds.

To apply for a 1 year extension of a 90 day non o visa based on marriage to a thai national I need 400k in my thai bank account for 60 days. Do I have to prove that the funds came from abroard. In my case I traveled with cash, exchanged it in country to thai baht and deposited in my thai bank account. Is this an issue?.

There is no requirement to show where funds come from for a non O extension based on marriage.

this is good to know - thank you 👍😃 ps can the 400.000 be in an account I share with my wife (it is my account) or must it be my account exclusively?

must be exclusive. Some offices may allow a joint account but if they do then the amount would need to be double - so 800k. Not all offices will allow this.
