When I enter, do i need the visa document printed or is it okey to have it on my phone?
Answer summary
When entering Thailand, opinions vary on the necessity of having a printed visa document versus a digital copy on your phone. Some users suggest having a printed copy as a precaution, especially for specific visa types like the DTV visa, while others indicate that showing a digital copy is typically acceptable. However, official sources imply that printing the visa may be advisable. There are differing views on the reliability of digital documents, with some insisting that immigration officers prefer physical copies to avoid complications.

Most of the DTV holders seems to have problem reading anything digital.
IF you start to apply for the visa this was shown, I now understand that most of you just click to avoid to read these annoying pop ups and give wrong advice.
AGAIN: which can be printed out for presenting to airlines and Thai immigration officials when traveling to Thailand.
IF use a cellphone the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs would have add another lilne, like you may choose to show your telephone even without batteries to let us know you applied for a visa.
That some Immigration Officers accept cell phones, laptops, or tablets etc, is just to avoid long waiting queues, or the lots of social media posts from foreigners ignoring the advice but blame Immigration for new laws made on the spot after they are send to make a print out.
The email from the embassy specifically says to print it. This is also what is on the screens at passport control, specifically saying to have the paper printed out.
i don’t see anything about in the email from the embassy says print it out. You just saying false info. The picture you’re posted says prepare the following but says for e-visa paper “if any”. Which means if you have it on paper then prepare. If don’t have, don’t prepare… It not saying specifically to have print it out, you just misunderstanding English.
