TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on a 6-month METV visa and staying in Mahasarakharm, you must register your address through the TM30 form. If there is no immigration office in the area, you can visit a local police station for the registration. You will need your passport, your girlfriend's ID card, and the Blue Book (house registration document). It is important to do this promptly, as failing to register can lead to fines.

You need your passport and her ID card and Blue Book. That's it, then rock up to immigration and give them a smile. It's easy

Roi Et also has an immigration Office

Yes, you have to do the address registration, if there is no Immigration Office in the area you can do that at a local police station.
