TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on a 6-month METV visa and staying in Mahasarakharm, you must register your address through the TM30 form. If there is no immigration office in the area, you can visit a local police station for the registration. You will need your passport, your girlfriend's ID card, and the Blue Book (house registration document). It is important to do this promptly, as failing to register can lead to fines.
Did it today but she got fined because we reported i week after i got here, the point is nobody up here in issan has a clue about having to report a farang staying in a private house,be warned can cost a big fine for the owner.
