Hi there,
I just got married to my French wife, who is here on a work NON-B BOI visa i.e. works for a BOI company.
I want to apply for a NON-O (dependent visa). The company she works for tells me that I cannot apply for it myself and they need to do the procedure themselves as they are BOI, and charge me THB 10K for it.
Is this correct that they need to do the procedure themselves on the BOI portal, hence I cannot take care of it myself?
Does the cost seem right?
Thanks in advance
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on whether their wife's BOI company must handle the application for a NON-O dependent visa and if a fee of THB 10K is reasonable. Comments suggest that it is advisable to let the company manage the application process, as they will provide necessary documentation and support, and the fee appears to be low.
