Hi

Quick question.

I am planning for DTV for me and my wife. 

Can we apply at the same time proving my wife will be under dependent?

Or I apply first and once approved, apply for my wife??

How does this work?

You need to apply first, because there is no person with a visa to be dependent of.

So, first one person applies DTV under workation or soft power category.

Once one person's DTV is approved then the other applies as a dependent.
