What should I do if I haven't received a response for my 90-day Non-O visa application based on marriage?

I applied for a 90 day non O visa based on marriage about 20 or so days ago, then they asked me for more information about two days later witch I sent them on the Evisa. I haved booked and paid for my plane tickets for jest over two weeks time but haven't heard back from them. Anyone any idea? What I should do.

So your documenta are all ok and your're in a queue based on travel date

They say around 10 working days on the Canberra website, not elapsed days and there has been 2 holidays since you applied, with today being the 3rd holiday. I'm sure you'll get your visa in plenty of time for your flight

I have an Australian passport and I intend to stay in Thailand for good. My wife of 14 years and I already have a house there.

you can come and enter on a exempt stamp then exit and re enter to activate the visa

As a last resort you can enter on a 60 day Visa Exempt stamp if you do not have ahistory of staying in Thailand. When your 90 day visa comes through you will need to leave the country (day trip to cross the border) and then re-enter on your 90 day visa.
