I haved booked and paid for my plane tickets for jest over two weeks time but haven't heard back from them. Anyone any idea? What I should do.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user applied for a 90-day non-O visa for Thailand based on marriage but has not received any updates after submitting additional information requested by the embassy. Community members suggest that processing times can be affected by holidays and reassure the user that they will likely receive their visa before their scheduled flight. Ultimately, the user reports they successfully obtained their visa.

They say around 10 working days on the Canberra website, not elapsed days and there has been 2 holidays since you applied, with today being the 3rd holiday. I'm sure you'll get your visa in plenty of time for your flight
As a last resort you can enter on a 60 day Visa Exempt stamp if you do not have ahistory of staying in Thailand. When your 90 day visa comes through you will need to leave the country (day trip to cross the border) and then re-enter on your 90 day visa.
