Do I need to be out of Thailand still when my husband is being added as a dependent, or can I be in Thailand and have just him be out of the country?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You do not need to leave Thailand when adding your husband as a dependent; it is sufficient for him to be out of the country. Only the primary applicant needs to be in the jurisdiction of the relevant embassy for the application process.

is there a window of time that we have to apply for him to be a dependent after mine is approved?
