TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a new Non-B visa without leaving Thailand, you may have the option to convert a Visa Exempt Entry or Tourist Visa at your local Immigration Office. However, this is contingent on the Immigration Office having the authority to process visa conversions and you meeting certain requirements, such as having at least 21 days remaining on your allowed stay. It is recommended to consult with your employer and visit the Immigration Office together to inquire about the specific process and requirements.

There is a conversion possible from a Visa Exempt Entry or Tourist Visa and the normal extensions for these into a Non Immigrant visa at your local Immigration Office.

BUT to do that, the Immigration Office must have permission to perform visa conversions

The applicant must meet the requirements like 21 days days left on the admitted until stay

The employer must meet all the requirements.

So only advice possible is: Talk with your employer, visit together the Immigration Office and ask.
