TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster has a 60-day tourist visa and has had to cancel their flight due to medical reasons. They inquired whether they need to inform the Thai embassy about their new flight details. According to the comments, if the visa was obtained as an eVisa and is still valid (within the entry date), there is no need to notify the embassy about flight changes, as the visa is valid for entry during the specified period regardless of the flight booked.

if you have an eVisa <- that you applied for online with the thai consulate in your country, you should have a PDF file that you print out <- that IS your visa

It should give you 3 months from the date it was issued to ENTER the country,

So check the 'enter by' or 'valid until' date on the PDF and as long as you're still going to enter thailand on or by that date you're fine and don't need to notify anyone.

The flight you used to get the visa has nothing to do with the flight you really take to come here 😮
