Do I need to have Covid insurance before applying for a COE pre-approval at the Thai embassy?
Hi, I am about to apply for my COE pre approval to the Malaysian Thai embassy, I read that I need to put hade the insurance before I submit my pre approval request, is that correct? Sorry if this has already been asked.
