TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is looking to apply for a Certificate of Entry (COE) to Thailand but is struggling to find the required travel insurance. The community clarifies that it needs to be COVID-19 specific insurance and suggests searching online for options like 'COVID-19 insurance Thailand.' Recommended websites include insubuy.com and various Facebook groups, as well as specific contacts like Let me In Insurance, which seemed to provide helpful quotes.

Lun Bun there are literally loads. I used group farangs stranded abroad which is more specific than this group for your requirements and searched there. I used an agent called arawan who was very helpful. I arrived in July but newer and better deals have since been available

I used insubuy.com for mine for our repatriation flight from USA. Inexpensive and does what was needed to keep the embassy happy.

It's not actually travel insurance, it's covid 19 insurance. Just google "covid 19 insurance Thailand" and it'll bring up dozens of hits
, would I need only 30 days insurance to enter thailand or for the whole stay. I will be on a working visa, this can be costly in addition to a health insurance.
