OA Visa. I want to apply in Netherlands for this visa and want to fly to thailand 1 september. Do I need to have to covid insurance allready when I go to embasy (with starting date 1-9 ?), or can I get the insurance after I get the OA visa ?
TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for the OA Visa in the Netherlands, you do need to have inpatient and outpatient health insurance prepared. However, Covid insurance is specifically required for the Certificate of Entry (COE) to enter Thailand, and it is not necessary to have it at the time of applying for the visa.
