Do I need to go to CW immigration on the exact last day of my non-O visa renewal consideration period?
hi, my non 0 visa renewal consideration period ends on Aug 5th, do I need to go CW immigration to get stamped on that day or can it be few days later? thanks.

I did mine last week and I was told that I can do it up to 45 days before. I had an issue getting a one year bank balance statement from Bangkok Bank, (five business days). My expiration happened on a holiday and I was afraid I was going to get an overstay.

They are talking about their In-Consideration stamp. Some extensions-of-stay categories require a in-consideration period after you submit your application.

you don't get overstay if the report day is a holiday. If you are not wise enough to do it early then you do it the very next day immigration is open.Rodney *********

Its normal that day, as they should stamp the date in your passport, after that date your on overstay
