I am on an initial 90-day non-immigrant B visa for teaching. I do not have a work permit. I'm changing jobs and will need to leave the country and return. Do I need to get my non-imm B visa stamped at immigration saying that it has been canceled? Or will it cancel on it's own when I leave. Thanks to You

TLDR : Answer Summary
When on an initial 90-day non-immigrant B visa for teaching in Thailand, there is no need to formally cancel the visa at immigration when leaving the country. The visa will automatically cancel upon departure. However, if the visa was an extension of stay, different rules would apply.

You don’t need to do anything from an initial Non B. It will cancel itself when you leave.

If you were on an extension of stay off of the initial Non B then you’d need to cancel that extension, but you aren’t so no issues.

Thanks for the quick reply. So it shouldn't impact my ability to return and re-apply with a new school?
