Can I change the details on my Certificate of Entry (COE) due to a flight cancellation and hotel issues?
Question about changes to a COE. The flight I had scheduled has been canceled, so I've had to re-book on a flight arriving two days earlier. The ASQ hotel I've chosen won't have a room ready for me at that point, so I'm going to be staying elsewhere. Is there some way to make changes to my COE or do I need to just apply for a new one?
Answer summary
If your flight has been canceled and you need to adjust your COE, you can contact your hotel and your embassy for assistance. It is possible to modify your existing COE instead of applying for a new one, which can complicate the process. Ensure you provide the new flight and hotel details to facilitate this change.

Contact your embassy with the new details. They’ll change your COE and issue you a new one.
You don’t need to to apply for a new COE (that seems to mess up the process for others)

2 days ago other flights have gone out I guess that they either could not get crew or bookings were low I’m sure that you will be fine on 22nd
