How can I amend my COE (From London embassy)? I filled a new flight and upload all documents required but there was an error message after submitting and I don’t get any reference number.

That’s the Coe department at London, I had to make changes to mine and that was the email address the Thai embassy give me to make changes. They sorted mine for me
