Answer summary
To amend your Certificate of Entry (COE) from the London embassy after encountering submission errors, first confirm you have the correct documents and flight details. If you receive an error message and don't get a reference number, it is advisable to contact the embassy directly at csinfo@thaiembassyuk.org.uk. Many have reported a quick response time, usually within hours, and some have successfully made changes by emailing or contacting them through Facebook messenger.

I have a feeling that, once it's issued, you can't edit it. Email the embassy.

You might like to narrow it down to what embassy you are trying to obtain it from.
