Do I need to resubmit my COE and other documents if my flight to Thailand has been changed?
Hi, i have got a visa from the Uk and I’m flying from Heathrow to Bangkok via Doha on the 3rd Dec with Qatar. I have completed all the forms such as coe, visa, asq, insurance. I was meant to be arriving in Thailand at 06:59 but Qatar just changed our flight (different flight number) so that we arrive in Bangkok at 16:20 with a technical stop in Phuket instead.
Do i need to redo all these forms? I understand the asq will need to be informed but what about the coe etc?

Email this email address and tell them and they will cancel your COE and you can just upload the travel documents again abs issue you a new COE

Its bloody Qatar airways's fault. I have been on the ball with every document, now they go and change my flight twice in 48 hours!!Do you know any other email addresses?

theres a qr code on each COE which i assume they scan to see your details. My asq know about the flight change and i have a COE (for a different second flight) so it could be ok? Jim ********

OPThanks! My flight to doha is the same, but the doha to BKK is different now. So I should be ok to get to Doha. Maybe it will be a case of using the onboard wifi! I've emailed them twice now and said the flight is in 24 hrs. Hopefully you are right and they will get back to me tonight!

If the flight number and date are the same as advised then you should be ok, others will clarify shortly I am sure

its changed! Ive tried re registering for a new COE but I don’t seem to have received an email with the code. Are you even allowed two COE’s?
