TLDR : Answer Summary
It is possible to look for a job in Thailand with a tourist visa, but once you secure employment, you need to convert your visa to a Non-Immigrant visa. This can be done either by obtaining the necessary documentation from your employer for an in-country change at the immigration office or by exiting Thailand and applying for the Non-B visa at a Thai consulate.

,

You got the same answers over and over. You can LOOK for a job on a tourist visa, when you get a job the company you work for will give you documentation to either get your Non-B visa inside the country at the immigration office OR tell you to go out of the country and get the Non-B visa from a thai consulate.
